Dr. Alice D. Ba (University of Delaware), a renowned expert on ASEAN and East Asian Studies and currently a Visiting Professor at UKM’s School of History, Politics, and Strategy (PPSPS, FSSK), will share her reflections on research and publishing on international relations of Asia with UKM faculty members, graduate students and other Malaysia-based IR scholars. Professor Ba will talk, among others, the trends and challenges in researching Asian international affairs, as well as her experience in preparing and submitting manuscripts to book publishers and leading journals in various stages of her academic journey.
